Benefits for Advertising in LaGrange Rotary:

Price List:
1. Approximately 2”x 5” inch ad placed within newsletter will run $50.00 per month (4 runs) for any Rotary Member from any club, and $75.00 for non-members. (2 Ads per month available.)
2. Insert within newsletter will run $50.00 per month (4 runs) for any Rotary Member from any club and $75.00 per month for non Rotary Members; plus the cost to insert flyer into the program, and inserts.  (We are limiting to 1 Insert per.)

All funds go to the “Rotary Foundation” which supports scholarships, direct, simplified and matching grants among, many other programs.

Advertising Guidelines:
1. All ads are Gray Scale Ads, and must fit within box provided in newsletter.
2. All ads must be emailed to herbert_head@remax.net by Tuesday 5:00pm before the Tuesday your ad is to run.  Alternate email normpal@bellsouth.net
3. Ads are placed at First Come First Serve.
4. No ads shall run more then one month when there is a waiting list.  (i.e. you may run your add consecutive months as long as there is no one else waiting to run an ad.)
5. Inserts must be provided to Herbert Head the Tuesday prior to your run.
6. You may change your ad each week as long as you meet the above time lines.

Ad Design Guidelines:
1. All ads placed within News Letter are Gray Scale ads.
2. If your ad contains a logo or special formatting please send as a jpeg file.
3. All ads that are simple text may be sent in a word.doc format.  
4. All must be submitted so that it can be easily scalable to fit within or 2”x5” window.

Ad Inserts Design Guidelines:
1. Ad inserts must be 8.5x11 

Payment:
All LaGrange Club Members will be assessed.  All other advertisers must make payment prior to your run, and must be paid in full for the month you would like to run your ad. Payments should be made by the Tuesday prior to your add running.

All checks should be given to Herb Head per above time line.  Once your payment is confirmed then your add will be placed in the newsletter.

Note: We are typically in a time crunch trying to layout and print the newsletter.  If you do not meet our timelines we cannot guarantee that your ad will make it in the newsletter.
